Shields (29) made history as the first American boxer to win back-to-back Olympic gold medals in 2012 and 2016. Since turning professional, she has dominated the sport in more ways than a few. She earned the nickname ‘GWOAT’ (Greatest Woman of All Time) for her pioneering accomplishments in the sport, becoming the only boxer in history—male or female—to simultaneously hold all four major world titles (WBA, WBC, IBF, and WBO) across two weight classes.
Beyond her exceptional skills, Shields has been known to advocate for equality in women’s sports and breast cancer awareness.
